Delivery
We only deliver to addresses within the UK. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after.
Important - Are you Sure You Have Measured Correctly?
Particularly when ordering larger items (wardrobes etc.) it's very important that you carefully measure both the ultimate location of the item and ALSO whether you can get it to the location. Do you have tight corners on your staircase or narrow doorways? If you are in any doubt at this time, please be sure to check again when you get home and let us know if there is a problem.
If we arrive to deliver your goods and find that we have access problems, we will give you a refund but we will deduct a £50 collection charge to take your order back. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Measurement Guidelines As an indication: 5cms = 2 inches, 1m = 3ft 3 1/2 inches.
Furniture / Accessories
Delivery charge is added to each order,if more than one item is ordered only one delivery charge will be added (home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain, except to PA, IV and KW postcodes where there will be an additional charge which will be advised prior to order confirmation.)
Please note we don't deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays - week days only, between 9am and 5pm and a signature is required. We're also happy to arrange a delivery to your place of work.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your on line purchases for any reason, please phone us on 01484 537537, and we'll make arrangements to replace or refund your purchases. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to share our passion for the products you've chosen. So if for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us within seven days of receiving your purchases, and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging we will give you a full refund.
For all items we'll give you a full refund if you change your mind before delivery. But if you've already received delivery of your items, we will deduct a £50 collection charge to come and collect them. Refunds will only be processed once the items have been collected.
All returns must be made within 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
